Hi. I am in Japan and would like to have a nose job. Is it cheaper in the US? Flights to the US are so cheap and I would rather be in a western environment (I would also like to spend some time in the US - have never been there). Please help me. My nose is bent due to getting into a fight. I am a fool, but I have money! Cheers, Pete.
