I'm not sure if you can answer my question, but I thought it worth a try.  I have had a rhinoplasty performed by an ENT doctor.  The objectives discussed in numerous visits prior to surgery seemed to not be followed in the surgery, as I wound up with a MORE deviated syptom and no change to the bridge of my nose, as well as cartlidge deformation at the tip.  What concerns me even more, is the doctor did not take post surgery pictures to show me the comparisons of before and after.  Breathing has worsened, as has appearance.  The doctor refuses further treatment other than to charge me for visits to spray a substance up my nose that provides breathing relief for a few hours.  Do I have any recourse against this doctor?  I think this person did not perform up to standards.  I would like for a doctor to just fix the problem, but now I'm having trouble getting insurance to approve another operation?  What should I do?
