Please help!  I am a 45 year old female.  Sustained severe jasal fracture at 21.  Nose twiseted and shifted to right.  Six month later in 79' had rasping and some septum work.  Nose was slightly improved but weakened.  Sustained another fracture at 25 (after a relatively minor injury).  Had full rhinoplasty at 29.  Reults cosmetically and functionally were good, but nose was weakened.  After minor trauma recently, nose is really breaking down.  Left side is sinking into right side (there was a deformity in bone from fracture), and the bridge is extremely narrow.  It also appears to be pulling skin around it as it narrows.  The tip has widened, (in short, everything is going south).  I know I will most likely need some type of grafting--- terrified about cutting ears for grafts.  Also, I live in Delaware-- does anyone know of someone to recommend?  What are the costs?  Do I need to go to New York for this complicated problem.  I also have history of other facial trauma as well?  Is there anyone in Philadelphia area that you can recommmend?  The biggest concern is not just a cosmetic one, but the nose is very weak.  Can anyone help?  I would appreciate your response very much.
